Does the WSNUEEE A320 come with oil?

No. The A320 ships as the machine alone with an empty 400 mL bottle. Fill it with any true essential oil or fine fragrance oil below 30 mPa·s, from WSNUEEE or from any other supplier. There is no bundled starter bottle and no refill subscription.

Can the A320 be wall-mounted?

Yes. It ships with an adhesive-backed mounting bracket and screws, and the back of the unit has a wall-mounted hole. Clean, flat ceramic tile or wood is the right surface; on painted plasterboard or rough walls use the screws or keep the unit on a shelf.

Does the A320 have a battery?

No. The A320 runs from the supplied 12 V 1 A DC adapter and draws 5.75 W. It is a plug-in unit, so decide where the socket is before fixing the bracket to the wall.

Which app does the A320 use and where do I get it?

The app is Scent Marketing. Search that name on the App Store or Google Play, or scan the matching QR code in this guide. Pair over Bluetooth, and switch on the phone's location service or the device list will stay empty.

What is the default password for the A320 app?

8888. Change it under About, then Password Change, once you are connected. If you forget a new password, short-press the reset button to store 8888 again, or hold it for 3 seconds to restore the factory setting.

How do I make the A320 smell stronger?

Raise the intensity grade between 1 and 20 — a higher grade shortens the pause between sprays. Higher grades use oil faster, and the app's remaining-life figure falls accordingly. A lower grade over a longer working period usually reads better than a strong grade over a short one.

Why can't I see a mist from the A320?

Cold-air atomisation produces a very fine, dry vapour rather than a steam plume, so it is often invisible against a bright background. A visible plume from a water-tank humidifier is mostly water settling on nearby surfaces. To watch the pulse, hold a torch beam across the nozzle in a darkened room.

How often should the A320 be cleaned?

Roughly once a month, or whenever you change scents. Empty the bottle, wipe the atomised head and the bay with a soft cloth, and use medical-grade alcohol of 90 percent or higher on the atomising pin if a scent lingers. Let everything air-dry fully before refilling.

My changes in the A320 app keep disappearing.

Press the Save button at the top right after every change. The Scent Marketing app does not auto-commit, so unsaved edits are discarded when you leave the page.

One Unit, a Whole Room — and No Water to Carry

The A320 scents up to 160 m² in area and 480 m³ by volume — roughly 16950 ft³, or about 2000 square feet. That is a large open-plan living room, a lobby or a meeting suite. Fragrance lives in a 400 mL refillable bottle sealed inside the body, so there is nothing to dilute with water and nothing to spill if it is knocked. At just 0.74 kg it can hang on a wall on a single bracket.

⚠ Before You Close It

Wipe any oil off the threads and the outside of the bottle, then screw the bottle firmly shut. A loose bottle will leak into the bay, and oil that reaches the electronics is not covered by warranty.

The Scent Marketing App

Everything the A320 does is set from one app over Bluetooth. Nothing about the day-to-day running requires the app — but the schedules, the intensity grades and the oil gauge all live there.

Turn On the Phone’s Location Too

The A320 pairs over Bluetooth Low Energy, and on both iOS and Android the app needs Bluetooth and the phone’s location service enabled before it will show the device list. If nothing appears when you scan, that is almost always the cause.

What the App Adds

Working period setting	Set the start and stop times for the hours you want it running, and choose the days of the week. All days are pre-selected by default.
Intensity grade	Press + or − to raise or lower the preset level from 1 to 20. The app labels the current grade and shows the chart.
Schedules	Add multiple schedules with the + button and switch each one on or off independently. Swipe left on a schedule to delete it.
Custom Stain	Tick Custom to leave the preset grades behind and set your own Spray Time and Pause Time.
Calibrate	After a refill, enter the amount of oil you actually added and tap Calibrate, so consumption and remaining life stay accurate.
Password Change	The app lock is a four-digit PIN. The factory default is 8888; change it under About once you are connected.

Knowing the Machine

The Two Indicators

Status Indicator Shows the machine is powered and running. If it stays dark when the adapter is plugged in, the adapter is the first thing to check.

Bluetooth Indicator Flashes while the A320 is waiting to pair, and settles once the app has connected.

Atomised Head The part you unscrew to fill the bottle. Keep the pin clean — a coat of thickened oil here is what silences the spray.

The Reset Button

Short-press the reset button to store the password 8888. Press and hold for 3 seconds to restore the factory settings. If you have forgotten a password you changed, the hold is the way back in.

App Settings, Step by Step

The full order of operations, from the first login to a finished daily schedule.

Log In

Open Scent Marketing, choose Bluetooth, select your A320, and enter 8888. You land on Device control › Set.

Name It

Give the unit a Name and a Label — useful the moment you have more than one. Press Save at the top right after every change.

Tell It the Oil

Enter the amount of oil you added, then tap Calibrate. The gauge now tracks consumption and remaining life in days.

Set the Hours

Open Working period setting and set the start and stop times by scrolling each column, then confirm.

Pick the Days

Choose the days of the week you want it running. Out of the box, all days are pre-selected.

Choose a Grade

Press + or − to set a preset intensity from 1 to 20. See the chart for what each grade sprays.

Or Go Custom

Tick Custom Stain to set your own Spray Time and Pause Time instead of a preset.

Add More Schedules

Use + for extra schedules and toggle each on or off. Swipe left on one to delete it.

⚠ Press Save Every Time

The A320 app does not auto-commit. After any change — name, hours, days, grade — press the Save button at the top right of the screen. Skip it and the change is discarded when you leave the page.

Change the Password

The app lock is a four-digit PIN, and it ships set to 8888. To change it, open the About tab in Device control and press Password Change, then enter the new four-digit PIN and tap Confirm.

The About tab also reports the firmware versions, which is the first thing support will ask for: PCB, Equipment and APP.

Performance

Intensity Grades 1–20

Twenty preset levels, from a faint background breath to a strong commercial spray. Higher grade means shorter pauses and more oil used — the app tracks the cost for you.

What a Grade Actually Changes

A grade is a pairing of spray time and pause time. The atomiser fires for the spray period, then waits out the pause, and repeats for as long as the schedule runs. Grade 1 is a long pause and a short spray; Grade 20 is the opposite. There is no “stronger mist” to choose — only more or less frequent spraying of the same cold-air atomisation.

4–7	Light	Living rooms and lobbies with natural ventilation, where the scent should never feel deliberate.

13–16	Strong	Retail floors, gyms, entrances and hotel corridors where people pass through quickly.
17–20	Very strong	High-ceiling commercial spaces, smoking rooms and anywhere scent must carry over distance.
Custom	Your own	Set Spray Time and Pause Time directly when no preset is quite right.

Oil Use Is the Real Limit

At a high grade the 400 mL bottle will not last as long, and the app’s remaining-life figure falls accordingly. If a space is being scented longer than the oil lasts, the honest fix is a lower grade with a longer working period, not a stronger grade for a shorter one. Steady, faint scent reads as “this room smells good”; a heavy blast reads as “someone is covering something up”.

How It Works

Waterless, Explained

The A320 puts pure oil into the air, with no water and no heat. That is why it looks different from a humidifier — and why it costs less to run.

A water-tank diffuser

Holds water and a few drops of oil; the tank needs cleaning or it smells of the last scent.
Dilutes the oil to a fraction of its strength — the mist is mostly water.
Often heats or ultrasonic-agitates, which drives off the light, expensive top notes first.
Bulkier, and must sit near a socket because of the tank.
Coverage is limited by how far a water mist carries before it settles.
Can leave a fine mineral film on furniture and window glass over time.

Why the Mist Is Hard to See

A cold-air atomiser does not make a steam plume. The nozzle releases a very fine, dry vapour — often invisible against a bright background — which is exactly what you want: a water-tank humidifier’s visible plume is mostly water settling onto whatever is nearby. The A320’s job is to put scent into the air of a 160 m² room, and it does that without making the room look foggy. Hold a torch beam across the nozzle in a darkened room and you will see the pulse.

Installation

Tabletop or Wall

The A320 stands on a shelf out of the box, or hangs on a wall in about two minutes with the supplied bracket and adhesive.

⚠ The Surface Has to Be Right

Be sure the ceramic tile or wood surface is clean and flat before you apply the wall tape. Painted plasterboard, rough render and textured wallpaper will not hold the adhesive reliably — on those surfaces use the screws, or keep the unit on a shelf. Leave the bracket to set for a few hours before hanging the machine on it.

No Oil Included — on Purpose

The A320 ships with an empty 400 mL bottle. That is a feature, not an omission: you are not paying for a starter bottle you did not choose, and you are not locked into anyone’s refill price. Any true essential oil or fine fragrance oil below 30 mPa·s will work.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Three parts, a few minutes, roughly once a month — more often if you change scents.

1. Empty the Bottle Unscrew the atomised head and pour out any remaining oil. Do not tip the head into water.

2. Wipe the Head Clean the atomised head and the bottle neck with a soft cloth. Wipe the bay so no oil pools around the electronics.

3. Dry, Then Reassemble Let everything air-dry fully before refilling. Refit the head, refill, and screw the bottle firmly shut.

What to Clean It With

Use a soft, dry or very slightly damp cloth, and medical-grade alcohol (90% or higher) on the atomising pin if a scent is lingering or the spray has weakened. Do not rinse the machine under a tap, do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, and never immerse the body. Alcohol on a cloth — not poured into the unit.

Use the supplied adapter

The A320 takes 12 V⋮1 A DC. A mismatched adapter can damage the atomiser and voids the warranty.

Keep it upright

The bottle holds 400 mL of oil. Keep the unit upright when moving it, and never lay it flat while filled.

Oil only — no water

Never put water, alcohol or any diluted mixture in the bottle. It is a waterless diffuser; liquid other than oil will not atomise and will damage the head.

Keep the nozzle clear

Do not cover, tape or obstruct the nozzle or the front grille. Air must move freely past the atomiser.

Away from heat and flame

Essential oils are flammable. Keep the unit away from open flames, radiators, direct sun and any heat source.

Out of reach of children and pets

Concentrated oil is not for skin, eyes or mouths. If oil is swallowed, seek medical advice and keep the bottle to hand.

⚠ Ventilation and Duration

Give the room some air, and do not run the A320 continuously in a sealed, unventilated space for long periods. If anyone in the household is asthmatic, pregnant or sensitive to fragrance, start at Grade 1–3 with a short working period, and stop if it is uncomfortable.

If Something Is Wrong

Troubleshooting

Most issues come down to the oil, the pairing, or a clogged atomising pin.

Symptom	What to check
No scent at all	Check the status indicator is lit and the grade is not set to a very long pause. Confirm the bottle actually has oil in it, and that the schedule you set is switched on.
Scent faded over time	Usually a clogged atomised head. Clean the pin with 90%+ alcohol on a cloth, let it dry, and refill. If it stays weak, the oil is probably too thick.
App cannot find the device	Turn on the phone’s location service as well as Bluetooth. The A320 will not appear in the list otherwise. Move within about 20 ft of the machine while pairing.
Forgotten app password	Short-press the reset button to store 8888, or hold it for 3 seconds to restore the factory setting.
Schedules do not run	Press Save after every change — the app discards unsaved edits when you leave the page. Check the schedule’s toggle is on and the days include today.
Oil gauge reads wrong	Re-enter the amount of oil you actually added and press Calibrate. The gauge is an estimate built from that figure plus the grades you run.
Visible oil around the bay	The bottle was not screwed down tight. Wipe the bay, check the head is seated squarely, and screw the bottle firmly shut before closing the body.
Unit will not power on	Confirm the supplied 12 V⋮1 A adapter is plugged in at both ends and the socket is live. Try another socket before assuming the unit has failed.
