The A815 has no water tank and no power cord — the body plugs straight into the wall and the filled oil bottle sits inside it. Rotate the plug 90° to fit either outlet orientation, and fold it flat for storage.

Twist the upper cover counterclockwise and lift it off.

Unscrew the empty bottle and fill it with pure essential or fragrance oil. No water.

Place the filled bottle into the machine and tighten it securely to prevent leaks.

Align the top cover back onto the machine and twist clockwise to lock.

Invert the unit and tilt it gently side to side so the wick absorbs oil, then plug it in. Diffusion starts in about 3 seconds.
⚡ First-Use Tip
After plugging in, tilt the unit gently 2–3 times to saturate the wick faster. If no light comes on, unplug and re-plug — or long-press the control button.

Choose the Right Oil
The A815 uses ultrasonic atomization. It needs pure, undiluted oil to work properly — the wrong oil is the most common cause of clogging.

Do Not Disassemble
Contact WSNUEEE Support for any repair. Unauthorized disassembly voids the warranty.
Keep Upright After Assembly
Tilting the unit may let oil leak onto the circuit board and affect performance.
Always unplug the A815 before cleaning or servicing it.
Variations in spray output between different oil types and brands are normal and do not indicate a defect.

Troubleshooting
Four things account for almost every support request. Tap one to open it.
No mist, but the light is on
- Check that the oil bottle is properly tightened — a loose bottle stops the oil flow.
- Invert the unit and tilt it gently 2–3 times to help the wick absorb oil.
- Clean the atomizer nozzle with an alcohol-soaked cotton swab. This resolves most cases.
Weak or no scent
- Check the oil level — refill if the bottle is low or empty.
- Switch to Medium or Strong mode for more fragrance output.
- Make sure you are using pure, undiluted oil (see the oil guide above).
Oil leaking around the nozzle
- Make sure the bottle is tightened securely into the machine.
- Always keep the unit upright after assembly — tilting can make oil spill.
- Wipe any residue gently with a dry, soft cloth.
The diffuser stopped working
- This is normal. The diffuser runs for 8 hours, then rests for 16 hours automatically.
- To restart immediately, unplug and re-plug the unit.
- After 15 days of use, press the control button to exit protection mode.

What is the WSNUEEE A815?
The A815 is a waterless, inverted ultrasonic aroma diffuser that plugs directly into a wall outlet. It runs on 2.5 W at 120 V, holds a 10 / 15 / 30 mL glass oil bottle inside the body, and covers up to 15 m² (161 sq ft). There is no water tank and no power cord.
How do I set up the A815?
Twist off the upper cover. Unscrew the empty bottle and fill it with pure essential or fragrance oil — no water. Place the filled bottle into the machine and tighten it securely. Align the top cover, twist clockwise to lock, then invert the unit, tilt it gently side to side so the wick absorbs oil, and plug it in. Diffusion starts automatically in about 3 seconds.
Do I need to add water?
No. The A815 uses ultrasonic atomization and needs pure, undiluted oil only. Adding water or a water-based oil will clog the atomizer and may damage the diffuser.
How do I change the scent level?
Press the control button once for Light (1 blink), twice for Medium (2 blinks) and three times for Strong (3 blinks). Long-press for 3 seconds to power off.
Why does the mist pause?
This is intentional smart cycling. The atomizer sprays for 4 seconds and then pauses — 10 minutes on Light, 6 minutes on Medium, 3 minutes on Strong — then repeats. Pausing saves oil and prevents the scent from building up too heavily. The unit also runs 8 hours on and 16 hours off in a 24-hour auto-cycle.
How long does a 15 mL bottle last?
Approximately 30 days on Light mode, based on manufacturer laboratory testing at 8 hours of active diffusion per day. Medium uses roughly 0.10 g/h (about 17 days) and Strong roughly 0.17 g/h (about 10 days).
Which oils can I use?
Pure essential oils, pure fragrance oils and WSNUEEE signature oils. Never use diluted or water-based oils, thick or highly viscous oils, perfumes with a high alcohol content, or oils with added carrier liquids.
There is no mist but the light is on — what should I do?
Check that the oil bottle is tightened properly, then invert the unit and tilt it gently 2–3 times so the wick absorbs oil. If that does not help, clean the atomizer nozzle with an alcohol-soaked cotton swab — this resolves most cases.
How do I switch to a different fragrance?
Pour 1–2 mL of rubbing alcohol into the empty bottle, reassemble the unit and shake it gently, then run it on Strong mode until the alcohol is fully atomized. Add your new fragrance oil and you are ready to go.
How often should I clean the A815?
