H333S
A wall-mounted diffuser for rooms a tabletop unit cannot reach. Two hundred millilitres of oil, twenty concentration grades, and a quick connector that lets you scent the duct run instead of the room. The head locks electronically, so refilling takes a four-tap unlock rather than a key.

Know Your H333S
The smallest of the three H333 bodies, and the one built for wall mounting. It covers a lobby, a retail floor or a suite in one unit, draws 5.1 watts, and holds a 200 mL bottle that lasts three weeks on a light schedule.

Put It on the Wall, or Into a Duct
Two separate installations. The wall mount is the default and takes four fixings. The HVAC connector is optional and only applies when you want the scent carried through the duct run rather than released into the room.
Hold the bracket against the wall, mark the four holes, drill, press in the green plastic anchors, then align the bracket and tighten the Phillips screws.
Thread the hex screws through the wall-mounting pegs and drive them into the back of the unit.
Line the pegs up with the bracket and settle the unit onto it. It should sit square with no rocking.
Use this when the diffuser is mounted near an air handler or a duct run and you want the scent distributed by the system rather than by the room.
Unscrew the atomizing head cap from the top of the unit.
Wrap the PTFE thread seal tape three to five times around the connector thread, then screw the connector onto the machine.
Push one end of the PU tube onto the connector and the other into the duct. Keep the run short and free of kinks.
Adding Essential Oil
The head is held by an electronic lock. Unlock it first, then the whole head and bottle lift out as one piece — you do not need to remove the unit from the wall.
Power on, unlock with the touch button or the app, then lift the atomizing head out.
Unscrew the atomizing head from the bottle. Set the head down upright.
Add pure oil, then screw the bottle and head firmly back together.
Align the slot and press the assembly back into the machine until it seats.
What Is Where
Six things on the outside you will actually touch, and one button that does everything else. The front carries the oil window and the status light; the rear carries power and the switch.
| Control | Action | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Button | Press 4 times quickly | Unlocks the electronic lock. It auto-locks again after 10 seconds. |
| Button | Press and hold 8 seconds | Restores factory settings and enters network pairing mode. |
| Low oil indicator (red) | Steady on | Essential oil at or below 10 %. |
| Off | Essential oil above 10 %. | |
| Bluetooth indicator (blue) | After power on | Stays on for 3 seconds, then turns off. |
| Connected | Always on. | |
| Receiving a signal | Flashes once — off for 0.1 s, then back on. | |
| Disconnected | Off. | |
| WiFi indicator (blue & red) | After power on | Blue stays on for 3 seconds, then shows the state below. |
| Pairing mode | Red and blue alternate flashing. | |
| Router not connected | Red steady on. | |
| Router up, server down | Blue flashing. | |
| Router and server connected | Blue steady on. | |
| Receiving data | Blue flashes once. | |
| Buzzer | Power on | One long beep. |
| Four presses to unlock | Two short beeps. | |
| Eight-second hold | One long beep — factory reset. | |
| Bluetooth connected | Three short beeps. | |
| Lock engages or releases | Two short beeps. |
Short beep 50 ms · long beep 200 ms · 5 ms between beeps.
- Steady red at or below 10 % is a warning, not a fault.
- Refill before it empties — running dry stresses the pump.
- Steady on: connected and idle.
- Single flash: a command just arrived.
- Off: no connection.
- Alternating red and blue: waiting to be paired.
- Red only: the router is refusing it.
- Blue flashing: router fine, server unreachable.
Connect It to Scent Home
The H333S uses the Scent Home app. The older Scent Marketing app still exists for earlier models, but it does not support WiFi — if you open it and find no network step, you are in the wrong app.
Search for Scent Home on Google Play or the App Store. If it does not appear in your region, scan one of these codes.
Scent HomePhones and tablets
Scent MarketingOlder models onlyEnter pairing mode. Press and hold the round button on the machine until you hear a long beep.
Turn on the radios. Enable Bluetooth and WiFi on your phone, and allow the app location access — Android needs it to list nearby networks.
Register and log in. Open Scent Home, create an account, and sign in.
Tap the plus. The + sits in the top right corner of the device list.
Pick the model. Choose A-H333S. Picking a larger body will give you the wrong bottle size and grade curve.
Tap Next.
Choose the device ID from the list, enter the default password 8888, then tap Confirm.
Select your WiFi network and tap Connect. Skip this if you are pairing over Bluetooth only.
Wait. Do not leave the app during this step — the unit is joining the network and dropping out cancels it.
Assign a room. Pick the location or area, then tap Next.
Rename it. Tap the name field and give it something you will recognise across several units.
Tap Done. The app returns to the home screen with the unit listed and connected.
Tap the + in the
top right corner.
Once paired, the app exposes more than the button does. Standard Mode is the simple one; Custom Mode and Smart Scenarios are what make the unit worth wall-mounting.
Power and fan are separate toggles. Swipe left or right to move through grades 1–5; the far-right position is Custom. Quick Fragrance runs a fixed five-minute burst — 55 seconds spraying, 5 seconds off, five times — for when someone walks in and the room needs scent now. Timer sets a working period; the unit shuts off when it ends.
Swipe up or down on the two sliders to set work time and stop time independently, from 3 to 900 seconds each. This is the setting that lets a 200 mL bottle last a month in a space that only needs a hint of scent at the edges.
Open Smart Scenarios, tap +, name the scenario, then tap the chart to edit it. Choose working days, start and stop time, and grade. Save stores it without running; Save and Run stores and executes it. Stop/Run on the scenario card pauses and resumes it.
Open Essential oil remaining and enter the amount you actually put in. On first use, run Empty bottle calibration: fit an empty bottle, calibrate to 0 %, then fill. Without the calibration the percentage drifts and the low-oil warning fires early.
Twenty Grades, One Dial
Every grade is a fixed pair of numbers: how long it sprays, and how long it waits. Drag the slider to see the cycle and what it costs you in oil.
| Grade | Work | Stop | Consumption | 200 mL lasts |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| G1 | 15 s | 300 s | 0.13 g/h | 153 days |
| G2 | 15 s | 150 s | 0.24 g/h | 83 days |
| G3 | 20 s | 120 s | 0.38 g/h | 52 days |
| G4 | 20 s | 85 s | 0.50 g/h | 40 days |
| G5 | 25 s | 80 s | 0.63 g/h | 31 days |

| G13 | 50 s | 30 s | 1.64 g/h | 12 days |
| G14 | 60 s | 30 s | 1.75 g/h | 11 days |
| G15 | 75 s | 30 s | 1.88 g/h | 10 days |
| G16 | 80 s | 25 s | 2.10 g/h | 9 days |
| G17 | 85 s | 20 s | 2.13 g/h | 9 days |
| G18 | 120 s | 20 s | 2.25 g/h | 8 days |
| G19 | 150 s | 15 s | 2.25 g/h | 8 days |
| G20 | 300 s | 15 s | 2.50 g/h | 8 days |
Custom 3–900 s work and 3–900 s stop, set in the app. Consumption is not specified for Custom because it depends entirely on the pair you choose.
Cleaning
Do this every three months, whenever you change oil, and any time the mist thins out. It is the single maintenance task that keeps a diffuser working.
Unlock the head, remove the bottle, pour in alcohol until it is 30–90 % full, refit it, and run the unit at its highest grade or in Instant Diffusion mode for 15–30 minutes.
Pour out what is left and leave the unit standing until the bottle, suction tube and nozzle are completely dry. Do not reassemble damp.
Clean the atomizing core with a professional cleaner to clear internal residue, or replace the core outright. Every three months is the recommended interval.
Safety Instructions
Read this section before first use. The warnings below are reproduced from the printed manual and apply to every H333 body.
- Designed for essential oils only. Read the manual before use.
- Not suitable for people with weakened health, including children. Elderly, pregnant, or physically, sensory or intellectually impaired users should consult a doctor first.
- Optimal operating temperature 20–35 °C, relative humidity below 85 %. Performance varies with both.
- Store oils cool and dry, cap closed, out of direct sunlight. Around 25 °C is recommended.
- Dispose of the product and packaging according to local regulations.
- Keep away from fire sources.
- Do not ingest essential oil. Seek medical attention if swallowed.
- Do not use for anything other than space diffusion, and never apply fragrance oil directly to skin.
- Avoid extreme temperatures — below −5 °C or above 40 °C.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets. Supervise children around the unit.
- Do not modify, disassemble or repair it unless you are a qualified technician. Contact the original sales channel if it faults.
- Stop using it immediately if anything abnormal happens during or after use.
- Install on a level surface and keep it upright. Tilting or laying it flat can leak oil or cause a malfunction.
- Wipe up spilled oil immediately.
- Do not get the machine or the DC port wet.
- Do not use overloaded outlets, damaged cords or faulty plugs.
- Do not pull, crush, cut or tamper with the power cord.
- If the adapter, cable or cord is damaged, replace it with a component supplied by the manufacturer or an authorised service provider.
- Use only the specified low-voltage supply marked on the device, and only the adapter that came with it.
- Use only the recommended evaporation medium. Other substances may be toxic or a fire risk.
- When adding oil, do not press hard — excess pressure can leak oil and damage components.

If Something Is Wrong
Five symptoms cover almost every service call. Work through the cause column before you contact support — four of the five are fixed with a cloth and a screwdriver.
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Device does not power on | No power at the adapter, or the head is still locked | Check the adapter is fully seated in the DC port and the outlet is live. Press the button four times to release the electronic lock. |
| No mist, or weak mist | Atomizing core clogged | Clean the core with professional cleaner, or replace it. Cleaning every three months prevents it. |
| Oil leakage | Unit tilted, bottle not fully seated, or the head gasket loose or worn | Check the unit is upright and level. Re-seat the bottle. Replace the gasket if it is damaged. |
| Liquid spray at the nozzle | Bottle overfilled, suction tube not attached | Keep the oil level below 90 % of capacity and re-seat the suction tube. |
| Unusual noise | Air pump not secured | Inspect the pump and re-secure it. If the noise continues, stop using the unit and contact support. |

Questions We Actually Get
Ten answers, in the order they arrive.
What is the difference between the H333S, M and L?
Bottle size and output. The S body holds 200 mL and covers 500 m² at 5.1 W; the M holds 500 mL and covers 1,200 m² at 8 W; the L holds 1 L and covers 1,700 m² at 10.6 W. All three share the same wall bracket, the same 12 V supply and the same app.
Do I add water?
No. The H333S atomizes pure oil. Water, water-based fragrance, or a diluted mix will clog the atomizing core and put the unit into a fault state. Use oils below 30 mPa·s viscosity.
Why will it not connect to my WiFi?
The radio is 2.4 GHz only. Most failures are a 5 GHz network, or a router that publishes one combined SSID. Split the bands or connect the unit to the 2.4 GHz name. Also check the unit is in pairing mode — hold the round button until the long beep — and that you are in Scent Home, not Scent Marketing, which has no WiFi support.
What is the default password?
8888. You can change it in device settings on Bluetooth models. If you forget the new one, press and hold the reset button on the unit to restore factory settings, then re-add the device with 8888.
How do I unlock the head?
Press the round button four times in quick succession, or use the lock icon in the app. It re-locks itself after ten seconds. The lock warms up while engaged and should not be touched directly, and you should avoid unlocking repeatedly in a short period.
How long does a 200 mL bottle last?
Between eight and 153 days, depending on grade. G1 uses 0.13 g an hour and lasts about 153 ten-hour days; G20 uses 2.50 g an hour and lasts about eight. A lobby running G10 for ten hours a day gets roughly sixteen days.
What does the red light mean?
Steady red is the low-oil indicator: the bottle is at or below 10 %. If red and blue are alternating, the unit is in pairing mode and waiting for the app. Red alone with no blue, while connected, means the router is refusing it.
Can I run it without the app?
Yes. The button unlocks the head and holds the factory reset; the app is how you change grade, set schedules and read the oil level. Without the app the unit runs on its last stored setting.
Do I have to use the HVAC connector?
No — it is optional. Most installations release scent directly into the room. The connector is for when the unit is mounted near a duct and you want the air handling system to distribute it, which needs the head cap removed and the tube run into the duct.
How often should I clean it?
Every three months, whenever you change oil, and any time the mist weakens. Run alcohol through the bottle at the highest grade for 15–30 minutes, drain it, and let everything dry completely before reassembly.
Scent as part of the room, not an event in it.
WSNUEEE builds waterless diffusers for spaces where a scent should sit quietly and hold, not announce itself at the door. The H333S is the wall-mounted end of that range: a bracket, a bottle, and a schedule that runs whether anyone is thinking about it or not.
